On Saturday, May 18, 2019, volunteers from Karnes Electric, New Beginnings Baptist Church Youth Ministry, and Boy Scout Troop 194 rolled up their sleeves, and planted eleven new trees at Pleasanton’s newly renovated River Park. The eleven trees ranging in size from 45 to 100 gallon bucket size were donated to the City of Pleasanton by Karnes Electric. Karnes Electric also served the volunteers hot-dogs, chips, cookies, and ice cold sodas.
