Work Schedule: Daily on site attendance required

Position Summary
The Network Administrator designs, implements, secures, and supports KEC’s network and infrastructure environments. This role helps ensure the reliability, cybersecurity, performance, and resilience of the systems that keep the cooperative connected.
We’re looking for someone who takes a thoughtful approach to problem-solving, seeking to understand root causes and long-term solutions rather than quick fixes.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of network administration experience
• Experience with network design, security, monitoring, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management
• Utility, electric cooperative, or critical infrastructure experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer service
• Safe work ethic and valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud and hybrid environments
• Relevant industry certifications
• Experience supporting mission-critical systems with high availability requirements
